JCI Indonesia Leadership Academy 2024 Successfully Held in Bandung

The 2024 JCI Indonesia Leadership Academy has officially concluded, attracting over 100 participants from 13 JCI chapters across Indonesia. Held from July 5-7, 2024, at GH Universal Hotel in Bandung, the event carried the theme "Leadership Begins Here", aiming to develop leadership skills and expand networks for young leaders.
Over three days, participants engaged in various interactive workshops, panel discussions, and leadership training sessions. The presence of prominent JCI figures, such as Marc Brian Lim (2018 JCI World President) and Maximo Alexis "Beep" Tan (JCI Senator), was a major highlight. Additionally, national JCI leaders like Jandi Mukianto and Yedi Karyadi shared their experiences. Project Director Nadia Indriani Karina expressed her pride in the participants’ enthusiasm and the valuable insights offered by renowned speakers.
She emphasized that this event was not only about learning but also about fostering strong connections among JCI members. Participants received 13 inspiring leadership modules, including Leadership Journey and The Human Side of Leadership, delivered in English in an accessible and engaging manner. The event also featured a Fellowship Dinner and Bandung Culinary Night, strengthening participant bonds while showcasing local culture.
The success of this event was made possible by the support of various sponsors and partners, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The academy concluded with participants receiving certificates in recognition of their dedication.
