Grand Indonesia is a mall with an integrated development consisting of BCA Tower premium offices, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, and Kempinski Private Residences apartments. A number of large tenants also fill this mall, including the Seibu Department Store, CGV Cinemas, and the famous Thai department store, Central, which is the first in Indonesia.
